Privacy Policy for NightfallAgent Last Updated: February 2026 At NightfallAgent, we believe in "need-to-know" data. We don't want to know who you are in the real world; we just want to help you find your next match. 1. What Data We Collect Because we use a login system for matchmaking, we store only the essentials: Account Credentials: A unique username and an encrypted (hashed) password created by you. Game Data: Your matchmaking rank (MMR), win/loss records, and in-game statistics. 2. Networking & Connectivity We utilize Epic P2P services to facilitate multiplayer connections. We do not log or store your IP address on our servers. Connection handling is managed via Epic Online Services to ensure a secure and stable playing environment. 3. How We Use This Data We use your data strictly for: Authentication: Allowing you to log back into your account. Matchmaking: Pairing you with players of a similar skill level. Leaderboards: Ranking your performance against the community. 4. What We DON’T Collect We do not collect, store, or ask for: Real names, email addresses, or phone numbers. Physical location data. Device-specific hardware IDs. 5. Data Sharing We do not sell your data. We do not share your account information with third parties, except for the automated processing required by our backend providers to keep the game online. 6. Your Rights Since accounts are not linked to emails, we cannot perform "password resets" via email. To have an account deleted, please contact us through the game’s official support channels with proof of account ownership.
